A New Hope

I picked up Star Wars The Compete Saga on Blu Ray the other week...
(Opening Night @ 12am) I had reserved it but didn't want to wait until morning.
I've watched the original trilogy already and remembered how awesome The Star Wars Universe is!

Next order of business is to purchase these shoes!

Happy Birthday to the Best Little Sister in The World

Meredith requested I get the ol' blog back up and running so I thought i'd kick it off by blogging about her and how great she is!

About to embark on a year long journey to Ecuador, I have always admired Meredith's creatively original life plan. She picked up a banjo in the fourth grade and played all through high school, even performing at the Wisconsin State Fair and in CMH Talent Shows. I never would have had the guts to dress like a hayseed and go play on stage in front of all my friends!
While her brother and sister played it safe and went to college instate, Meredith packed up and headed to Minnesota. Two years ago, her and some college friends met myself and a buddy in Yellowstone for a fun-filled weekend. I don't know too many 20 year old girls that would want to go to a national park for their vacation. We hiked, fished cooked and drank (just a little ;)) I think it will always be my favorite Wyoming memory.
Mere just finished hiking 300+ miles of the Appalachian trail in less than a month; for those of you keeping score at home that's 10 miles a day for 30 days straight... My feet hurt just thinking about it!
Meredith, keep exploring and blazing your own trail it is what makes you special! I hope you have a wonderful birthday and wish I was there to celebrate with you!
PS - go crazy w/ what ever you want to sell of mine for Ecuador money (Aquarium and Car Stereo Equiptment and what ever else you can find).

Bears Hate Week - Vol.4 - wed-fri = Ditka

Ditka
Mike Ditka

Bears Hate Week - Vol.3 - wed-fri = 3 Days worth of Hate!

So i slacked this week, super busy at work, blah blah blah.
Lets get the weekend started the right way by examining a few differences between the lowly bears and The Majestic Packers.

Difference 1: Packers are better rappers / song writers.

exhibit a. Jump In the Stands - Robert Brooks
If this slow jam doesn't make you appreciate the Lambeau Leap IDK what will!

exhibit b. Superbowl Shuffle - 1985 Bears

Stay Tuned Throughout the day for daaaa rest.

Bears Hate Week - Vol.2 - Tuesday = "Hold on to your Butts"

There are a handful of things that really get under my skin. One of those is disrespect towards fossilized (or replica) dinosaur skeletons. Only the fans of a certain Chicago team, would have the audacity to blaspheme the memory of our 65 million year old co-inhabitants.

What would Allan Grant think about this behavior, ridiculous... just ridiculous.

Yesterdays poll ended in a draw as the 7 :( voters felt Jay Cutlers face equally reminded them of "a freshly cut fart" and a "george forman grill drip tray"

Bears Hate Week - Vol.1 - Monday = tiny bit of hate

Reasons I hate the bears....
leading up to kick off on Sunday

Reason # 7 = Jay Cutlers Face

I would call the guy a fart face, not because his face smells like farts; but if i were to really cut one and it had a face that face would look like Jay Cutler (see image left).

Go Pack Go!
